Emma Sheridan began her creative career in the world of design and illustration which led her career to London for many years. Emma returned to Ireland and became a mother which was a profound catalyst for change in both her work and life and moved her thoughts and feelings in the direction of painting. Her work moves between figurative and abstract as she constantly revises her limits, exploring her relationship with colour and materials she finds a shared space within us and all life through opening conversations both with people and nature investigating the relationship between spirit and psyche in human consciousness and our connection with the earth and its elements.
