Padhraig Nolan
A native of Enniscorthy, Padhraig Nolan is a graduate of IADT and now lives near Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin where he works as a designer, illustrator & visual artist. Drawing & painting form the core of his personal creative practice, his artworks having been exhibited in a wide range of solo and group shows, including the RHA and RUA annual exhibitions. His poetry and writings on visual art and theatre have also been published in print and online. He was the curator of the Scalderverse poetry column in the Enniscorthy Echo throughout 2010, celebrating the town’s 1500 centenary year. Ongoing practice across various creative disciplines informs his compositions in each. Padhraig has worked closely with First Fortnight over recent years, refreshing the festival’s visual identity and promotional materials annually. He is delighted to be featured in Coalesce at Presentation Arts Centre. |
