General admission policies
- The Presentation Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Visitors arriving severely intoxicated to the point of disruption will be refused admission.
- Aggression or violence towards staff, volunteers, event organisers, etc. will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban from the venue. Please be aware that The Presentation Arts Centre is monitored by CCTV security at all times.
- Visitors bringing outside alcohol or substances into the venue will be asked to dispose of these items or be refused admission. Alcohol may be purchased inside the venue at The Presentation Arts Centre's bar upon presentation of a valid ID.
- ID will be required for adults aged 18+ to purchase alcohol.
- People aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ for shows.
Covid-19 policies
The Presentation Arts Centre and our sister centre Wexford Arts Centre are both organisations part-funded by Irish Government. This means that we are officially required to comply with government legislation in relation to Covid-19 health and safety measures in order to keep our doors open and our staff supported. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Covid-19 Health & Safety Protocols
Visiting The Presentation Arts Centre
- We continue to recommend that gallery and theatre visitors wear a face mask when visiting The Presentation Arts Centre.
- We are frequently cleaning and disinfecting throughout the venue.
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at key points throughout site.
- Additional training and PPE have been provided for all employees.
- Our staff are here to assist you with a safe journey through the venue.
Attending A Performance In Our Theatre
- We recommend that patrons book tickets in advance of performances. Online booking is recommended for all guests if possible, to ensure safe and comfortable capacity at our box office. Please make sure your e-ticket is open on your phone or device for our staff to scan as you arrive to our venue.
Covid-19 Refund Policy
We respectfully ask that if you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19, please do not visit The Presentation Arts Centre, for the health and well-being of our staff and visitors. Contact our staff to arrange a credit note (minus the booking fee, if applicable) that can be used in both The Presentation Arts Centre or our sister venue Wexford Arts Centre when you are feeling better.
